Shipping policy

Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK and to most countries worldwide. If your country is listed at checkout, we can deliver there.

How long it takes
Every order is made or packed by hand in Colchester and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. UK delivery then usually takes 3 to 5 working days, so please allow up to 12 working days from ordering. If anything will take longer, we will email you.

UK delivery costs
- Balance boards: free UK delivery.
- Rollers, balls and apparel: £3.50.
Checkout shows the exact total before you pay.

International delivery
International delivery costs depend on where you are and what you order. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times vary by country.

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are set by that country, not by us, and are paid by the person receiving the order.

Tracking
Every order is tracked. Once it ships, we will email you a confirmation with a tracking link.

If something goes wrong
- Damaged on arrival: email us within 7 days with photos and your order number, and we will put it right.
- Lost in transit: if your order has not arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, get in touch and we will chase it with the carrier.
- Wrong address: please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will try to change it before dispatch.

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

Returns
You have 30 days to return an item, and balance boards carry a 1 year guarantee. See our refund policy for details.
