Using our products safely
Balance boards test your balance, and falls can happen. Before you use a Norst board:
- read and follow the instructions supplied with it
- use it on a flat, clear floor with space around you, away from furniture, stairs, glass and hard edges
- start slowly, and use a wall or a support until you are confident
- if a child uses the board, an adult should supervise
- if you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist before using it

Stop using the board if it is damaged, and contact us.

Not professional advice
Our guides, videos, Field Notes and other content share ideas and experience. They are not medical, physiotherapy, fitness or coaching advice, and they are no substitute for advice from a qualified professional about your own situation.

Prices and errors
We check our prices and product information carefully. If we find an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before going ahead, and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
